Report a Concern or Maintenance Issue

Colonial Ridge Club employs a community management company and has a Property Manager assigned to our community. This is the process to report concerns and maintenance requests within the community.
CRMC Board Members
CRMC Board members should contact the CRMC Officers directly with any concerns or issues they feel need to be addressed.
CRC Shareholders
CRC Shareholders should bring their concern directly to their Building President, who can then escalate it to CRMC Officers if warranted.
CRC Renters
CRC renters must work directly with their Shareholder landlord. From there, the Shareholder can follow the steps above.
How Issues are Addressed
The CRMC Officers have the responsibility and discretion regarding what issues get brought to our Property Manager.
At each CRMC Board meeting, we will review issues that have been raised. As always, there will be dedicated time for Shareholders to make comments and ask questions directly of the CRMC Officers and CRMC Board members.
For building issues, a similar process will be followed where all concerns go to the Building President, who will bring them to the Property Manager.
