Assistance Animals Guidelines

While Colonial Ridge Club is designated a “no pet” community, CRC permits Shareholders and residents to possess and live with authorized Assistance Animals (AA), which include Service Animals (SA) and Emotional Support Animals (ESA), as allowed under applicable federal, state, county and local laws.

This document provides guidelines for CRMC and individual Building Corporations in the management of all AAs, SAs and ESAs.

This document will use Assistance Animal (AA) as a term encompassing any animal that provides a physician-approved medical or emotional service to its Owner.These House Rules govern the entire Colonial Ridge Club community. Each building corporation has its own House Rules. Please contact your building corporation’s president to obtain copies of those documents.
